Sometimes life gets tough; at home and in the workplace, and we need support to find new ways of coping or managing life's stressors. I see individuals either in the workplace or in their homes to work on individual needs and them back firing on all cylinders.
I am an active bereavement counsellor with a local charity, and regularly support the people of Birmingham in their grief. I am also a volunteer member of the charity's National Emergency Response Team, offering immediate support following mass loss of life or in community's such as schools, following a sudden and/or traumatic death. Additionally, I privately support bereaved people in their home, and deliver awareness training into workplaces and schools.
