What I do
Working with children and families
Using my years of experience of supporting young people’s emotional health and wellbeing, I blend a range of methods such as solution focussed therapy, play and coaching to improve the resilience and well-being of your child and/or family.
I am a highly skilled individual who has worked for many years with young people and families on issues such as; bullying, self-esteem, body image and confidence, online safety and social media problems, exam stress, planning and revision skills, bereavement and loss.
Do you want your life to take on a new direction? Are you stuck in a rut and need help to create a new future? Do you need a soundboard for an idea; be guided on how to make it a reality? Then contact me to explore how you can change your life and push boundaries with a little encouragement, guidance and creative vision.
