What I do
Working with children and families
Using my years of experience of supporting young people’s emotional health and well-being, I blend a range of methods such as solution focused therapy, play and coaching to improve the resilience and well-being of your child and/or family.
Families are dynamic entities and often benefit from external observation and mentoring to smooth out the tougher times. I am a highly skilled individual who has worked for many years with young people and families on many issues and offer support within your home from £50 per session
1-2- support in your home taking your child (from year 10 and above) through a process that teaches them the skills of organisation and time management. Together we will develop a realistic revision timetable, plan revision tasks and develop resources to support them smash their exams. The 2 hour (approx) session also supports exam preparation and self care. For parents there is free access into a peer to peer support group on social media that is moderated by me, providing ongoing support and advice.
Sessions cost £80 but discounts can be negotiated for siblings and small peer groups
