Lisa's workshops have been specifically designed for the health care setting we work in which has undergone a lot of change in the last few years, and staff members are located in different offices across the region. 


It has always been difficult to engage the staff in topics that weren't seen as mandatory, but the way Lisa delivers them has made a huge difference and we are constantly asked if we can add more sessions on. 


We now have a full programme of workshops which cover both mental and physical wellbeing, and encourage staff to take responsibility for their own welfare whilst managing a healthy work life balance.


We are currently evaluating the programmes through a formal survey but we gather feedback after every session and there is a real buzz within the network about the approach we have taken. This is down to Lisa, her delivery of the workshops, her ideas for improvement, her enthusiasm and the support she offers. 


We have noticed a real culture shift and are confident that this will come out in the survey.”
