Could a wellbeing programme improve your staff morale and reduce sickness absence levels?

Just a little over a year ago I was invited by the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the West Midlands Clinical Research Network to support a programme of wellbeing workshops for the workforce.

Over the ensuing 12 months we rolled out a varied programme, and alongside other providers we began presenting taster sessions to inform self care and improve motivation in the workplace.
